Freaking bed rest

Bed rest still haunts me... Most of you don't know that my legs and feet hurt well in to this new year... so much so that I finally went to the doctor and received physical therapy for it.. It is better, on its way to being a thing more of the past, but flare ups of that evil pain will be with me.... for a long time. The good news is that massage helps, any excuse to get a massage is a good thing!

So, I bring this up because I met someone on bed rest very recently... her name is Becci and I know she would love it if you could go over and say hello. The comments on my blog or the emails I received were such a big huge gargantuan blessing... so go on, head on over... tell her I sent you!

Now she did not tag me with this meme, but I decided to do it anyway, if only because it will give her something to read and such!

  3. In school we were always lead to believe that hearing God speak would kill us in its enormity... considering that I would presumably be dead at the the pearly gates, I do not know that even in death would my life have warranted a "hi there" from the big guy... and that is assuming he even answers the door when I ring, I figured it would always be St. Peter who would let me in.

About the Google Quest... I hated the book, loathed it even, no piece of such poorly written trash deserves as much attention as that book is getting... however, I LOVE puzzles and when the invitation was issued I figured why not... and I managed to be one of the first 10,000 folks that finished the puzzles so they sent me a cool cryptex and a chance for a trip to Europe and some other stuff, still love puzzles so I went ahead and finished from the comfort of my own home.
I got stuck on the chess portion but finished everything else rather quickly... doubt I won, but that would be so very cool.
