On the narrow gauge train to Silverton, CO
We just returned from an extended family vacation to Durango, CO.
We went to many sites including Mesa Verde (fabulous though crowded, but not overly so) and Hovenweep (barely crowded).
We went on the train, some braved the rapids, and others just tried to relax (a dying art form I believe)
We had a week without internet, cell phone, land line phone... but a nice little cabin outside Durango proper.
It was nice, but it is a little nice to be back.
