Four Foods on Friday #17 questions with my answers

#1. What’s your favorite potato chip?

Salt and vinegar

#2. Do you use butter, margarine, both or neither?

both, prefer butter.

#3. What’s your favorite mixed alcoholic (or virgin) drink?

amaretto sour

#4. What’s your favorite vegetable and how do you prepare it?

I like broccoli; lightly steamed (still a bit crunchy) with butter (not margarine) and/or edamame in the pod with sea salt.

Hee! I eat edamame, but I think we should leave Val in the dark as to what it is.

I have six bags of edamame in my freezer right now because my grocery store doesn't carry it all the time. Love it.

I like salt & vinegar chips a lot, too. The ketchup chips I posted about have a vinegar-y quality to them. :)

I like salt and vinegar chips too, and edamame! It's been a while since I've had edamame. I'll have to pick some up when I'm at the Asian food market tomorrow.
